How do I update my contact information?
High school coaches and athletic directors can quickly update their contact information from the site, by clicking on "Update" from nearly any page of the site. It usually takes about 2 minutes to update your information. After you provide this information, we follow up with the AD via email. The AD is provided with a secure link back to our site where he will see all of the information that we have for your school. He quickly can scan it, update anything that needs it and then approve the record.
What information do you collect?
College programs have requested that we collect Office Phone, Cell Phone and Email for head coaches, athletic directors and guidance counselors to improve the efficiency with which they contact you.
Why should I provide my contact information?
Because it will save you time and improve the communication process with colleges. Hundreds of college programs have requested that The Coach Tracker be created in order to reduce the amount of duplicative calls being made to high schools around the country. We gather the information, validate it from you and then track it ensuring that every college in the country doesn't have to replicate this process.
How long will this take?
On average, a coach or athletic director takes 2 minutes to complete the update.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your contact information is secure in our database. No unauthorized people have access to the data.
What if I don't see my school in the list of schools?
While we have over 15,000 high schools in our database, there are others out there that we don't yet have. If you wish to have your school added please simple send us an

What is The Coach Tracker?
The Coach Tracker is a database containing accurate and relevant information on high schools across the country. The Tracker includes standard demographics on high schools (i.e. physical address, school phone and fax, classification, etc…); however it also includes office phone, cell phone and email addresses for coaches, athletic directors and guidance counselors.

How will we get the information?
Monthly, we will deliver to you a Microsoft Excel file that contains all of the updated information. For CyberSports customers, we will also deliver a database file that can be synced directly into your CyberSports database.
Do I have to have CyberSports to get the information?
No. For those schools that don't use CyberSports, we will provide the information monthly in Microsoft Excel (which can then be imported into whatever contact or content management / recruiting software you use).
How is THE COACH TRACKER unique?
The Coach Tracker will send you a monthly update file with all changes that occured during the month. Additionally, The Coach Tracker includes the email address and cell phone number for nearly every high school head football coach in the country. Our database allows you to view the most current information because we actually track the coaching profession movement. The Coach Tracker is updated virtually every day, so that you can efficiently stay in contact with high school coaches.
Why Microsoft Excel?
Excel is the most universally used and widely accepted spreadsheet program. With the data in Excel, your coaches can sort or filter the data any way you wish. Also, with the data in Excel, you can upload it into nearly any software product that your school currently uses for contact or content management including nearly any recruiting software.
Is this just for Football, or are other sports available as well?
Other sports will be made available soon!
How many states are available?
The Coach Tracker contains nearly every school in the country that plays football. College programs can request every state, or as few as one.
How do you ensure the information is accurate?
In addition to contacting each school regularly for updated information, our staff tracks every job in the profession so that our database remains current. Further we promote our service on the most frequented websites used by coaches, attracting them to the site where they can update their information themselves.
